Checking compliance in the Professional Account
Upon logging into your Professional Account, you will be taken to the dashboard which will immediately show your compliance status for each license you are tracking. If your status says Not Complete, Click on View My Transcript. Your CE Compliance Transcript will show your CE completion status and a detailed view of what hours are required for your biennium, what hours you have completed, what hours are still missing. These are your official records, and are reflected exactly from what the board has on file. When you report missing CE to complete your requirements official records and your CE Compliance will read Complete and you will be ready to renew your license. Checking compliance in the Concierge Account
Concierge Account holders will also be able to check their compliance status in their dashboard and CE Compliance Transcripts. You are also welcome to contact your Personal Reporting Assistant assigned to your account to discuss the status of your progress. They will be able to offer insight into confusing requirements, advise the next steps to take, and report any completed CE/CME for you.
Checking compliance in the Basic Account
The Basic account does not contain a CE Compliance Transcript, so Basic Account users must manually track hours.
