When posting completed course credit, CE Providers are attesting that the Professional has completed the course. All course credit must be submitted online. To submit course credits, a provider must have been approved as an CE Provider with at least one Regulatory Board.
To submit completed course credit, enter the (published) course for which you are submitting. Then enter the Professional's license number. The system will log the credit in the Professional's Chronological Course History and, most importantly, will post the credit to each Professional's qualifying licenses.
Even though the course credit may count towards multiple licenses, you will only need to submit once. The system will automatically apply the course credit to each license held by the Professional. Based on the hours you initially submitted (and the Regulatory Board accepted) for the course, the system knows what courses apply to what license requirements.
Instantaneously, CE Broker notifies the Professional of credits posted to their record. Professionals receive the notification via their Communication Center Message Box. If requested, the message will also be sent to their e-mail address. Following your submissions, professionals may log onto CE Broker and view their updated License Detail and Chronological Course History.
