How Do I Use the Android app

To make it easier for you to access your account, the CE Broker mobile app is available for download from the Google Play Store. Upon downloading the free mobile app, you can either create or access an existing account.

Upon logging into the app, you will have access to many of the features available on the CE Broker website. The main screen will detail your license number, profession, status of the license, and the current licensing period. Your CE Compliance status will also be displayed at the bottom.

If you'd like to report a completed course, you can click the blue circle with the plus sign located in the lower right and corner. Once clicked, a list of continuing education categories is displayed. Tap the category that matches the course that was completed, and enter all the details (which can be found on the completion certificate).

Other features are also available. Clicking the “3 Horizontal Lines” button in the upper left will display additional options, including:

  • Transcript:  Detailed view of renewal requirements and outstanding hours (only available on PRO account or above).
  • History:  A list of all courses that have ever been reported to CE Broker under that license number.
  • Course Search:  A list of board approved GENERAL courses available for purchase from approved providers.
  • Pending Attachments:  Where licensees return if they had reported a course via the website and opted to attach their certificates via the mobile app.
  • CE Broker contact details:  Licensees can call the Support Center or email feedback directly.
  • Account:  Review of account and license details.


If you encounter any difficulty with the app, there are several steps one can take resolve potential problems.
  1. Refresh the display. When logged into the app, press the screen and swipe down will cause the display to reload. This is useful if the app does not update immediately after reporting a new course.
  2. Log out and log back in. Sometimes it might be necessary to log out of the app complete and close the program. Restarting the app and logging back in will many minor issues.
  3. Uninstall and download a fresh copy. If the app stops working and updating, it is possible that it might have become corrupted. In this case, you would need to return to the Google Play store and uninstall the app. After the app in completely remove, download a brand new version. This will process will fix a majority of issues.


The app currently supports the ability to report continuing education. To report exemptions, you will need to log in from a web browser.
