If you need to change your name, there is a two-step process to do so. You will first need to change your name with the Florida Department of Health, or the state that issued the license. Once changed with the state, they will notify us and your account will be updated within 2 weeks.
ProTip: If the name is changed with the state and it’s been more than 2 weeks, you can contact the Support Center. An agent will be able to process the update.
